Really about organizing movement or world trending , it is not only specific in personnel or human capital strategy or nice marketing and rural products management for improve our organization or rural governing ,and actually it is not only focus on department budget for our poverty 's benefit, but all plans that our division must arrange ,create and scope on topics ,are also policies by people 's basic needs and they must be directing into real people 's benefit .that is reason that why our consults and specialists in our division try to force or arousing our organs and our network to move into ultimate goals together. The counselor unit cannot do by themselves; we got only bright brain and high creative thinking to fulfill our organs to MOBILIZE all projects for better life of our rural zone. MDG Summit Culminates in Launch of Maternal Health Strategy
Improving maternal health is front and center in a new global health strategy adopted at the U.N. High-level Plenary Meeting on the Millennium Development Goals in New York. This new strategy is expected to drive progress toward the eight MDGs.
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is the main champion of the strategy, which urges developing countries to take charge of and develop national health plans designed to guide domestic reforms aimed at curbing maternal mortality and alleviating the plight of women in general. The plans should also strengthen the countries’ alliances with donors and other partner organizations, the strategy suggests.
The fifth MDG, on reducing maternal deaths and providing universal access to reproductive health services, is one of the most offtrack goals. The U.N. estimates that up to 358,000 women continue to die annually of preventable complications in childbirth and pregnancy.
Perhaps in recognition of these disturbing figures, the past year saw a rise in focus on maternal health. The G-8 launched a new maternal and child health initiative at their latest summit in June, which aims to mobilize USD5 billion in funds over the next five years. Discussion during the African Union summit held in Uganda in July also focused on improving the mobilization of health financing to reduce maternal and child mortality.
More recently, top U.K. officials announced the country’s intent to lead renewed action toward meeting MDG 5 targets. Before coming to the U.N. summit, U.K. Secretary of State for International Development Andrew Mitchell has described this goal as “the most offtrack of all MDGs.”
The launch of Ban’s new global health plan, dubbed “Global Strategy on Women and Children’s Health”, seeks to boost attempts to propel progress toward MDG 5. But the strategy is only the beginning. Implementation will be the challenge that many nations would have to hurdle.
The immediate next steps are already plotted. The World Health Organization’s Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health will organize a high-level forum in India in November and push for maternal health prominence at the upcoming G-20 summit in South Korea, also in November.

North Korean leader's son apparently promoted to general

- It could be the first public mention of Kim Jong Un by the North Korean media
(CNN) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's youngest son apparently was among more than 30 military promotions announced Monday by his father during celebrations of the Workers' Party of Korea's 65th anniversary, North Korea's state news agency reported.
Kim Jong Un has been widely rumored to be his ailing father's anointed successor.
Kim Jong Il's sister, Kim Kyong Hui, was apparently also promoted to general, according to the state-run KCNA news agency.
While it has been speculated that Kim Jong Un will succeed his father, details about him are scarce in North Korea and out.
"This appears to be the first public mention of Kim Jong Il's son by the North Korean media," said Mike Chinoy, the author of "Meltdown: The Inside Story of the North Korean Nuclear Crisis."
Kurt Campbell, the top State Department official on Asia, told CNN that "the United States is watching developments in North Korea carefully."
He said the United States will be talking to all its partners in the six-party talks about what transpired but it is "too early to tell" what was unfolding or how the United States should respond.
Two senior administration officials said this was expected and will likely pave the way for eventual transition of the son to replace his father.
Chinoy said the announcement was a step in laying down the foundation for a transition.
"It's significant that there was an explicit reference to him, and the position of general is a very senior one, obviously," he said.
