Next projects for better life..more equity about cooperate exchange leaders..maybe progress under better economic...

 we will get better outcomes..for next cooperation s..i think..We need high potential leaders ..not only for exchange from rural zone to developed countries or not...but the goal is to stop budget for poverty in the future..we will need only budget that can sustainable leaders on nice moderate countries as better balance benefit together..hope only we will left only developed countries..non undeveloped countries left..anymore..
incentive advance budget will be only for there will be  non poverty village left only that..No reason anymore to get budget for delete poverty..because we got nice moderate income now...wwooww...
who still pretend to look like poverty to ask for budget.or more compensate.for relief  only private or group benefit..it must be cancel..maybe we need more create and educate our young blood much more...great young generation on nice moderate income...cool...!!!!
